Basketball Recap: McNair Comes Up Short

McNair lost against Bear Creek back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The McNair Eagles took a blow against the Bear Creek Bruins, falling 60-29.

Bear Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Matt Romano, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Duncan, who earned 14 points.

McNair's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Bear Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season.

McNair has already played their next game, a 64-52 defeat against Edison on the 5th. As for Bear Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 81-43 win against Stagg on the 5th.
