Football Game Preview: Pallotti vs. St. Paul's

St. Paul's have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Pallotti on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. St. Paul's will be hoping to build upon the 29-8 win they picked up against Pallotti the last time they played.

After soaring high against City College three weeks ago, Icarus fell to the ground two weeks ago. St. Paul's fell to Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic 13-27. The defeat was a vexing one since St. Paul's were expected to win based on their state ranking.

Meanwhile, if Pallotti were riding high off their 42-13 takedown of Bishop O'Connell, that ride came to an abrupt end. Pallotti have to be aching after a bruising 6-35 loss to St. Mary's Ryken last Thursday.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
