Volleyball Recap: Gridley Takes a Loss

Gridley's tournament run continued when they took on Linden on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Lions.

Despite the loss, Gridley still got an impressive performance from Tati Rivero, who had seven digs and four aces. Rivero is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Gridley's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Linden, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Looking ahead, Gridley will face off against Corning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Bulldogs their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Linden, they will head out to square off against Riverbank at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
