Football Recap: Booker T. Washington Takes a Loss

Booker T. Washington was the 14-8 winner over McDonogh 35 when they last played one another back in November of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions were beaten by the Roneagles 41-6 on Friday.

Booker T. Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for McDonogh 35, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Booker T. Washington will take on Covington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McDonogh 35, they will square off against Edna Karr at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
