Volleyball Recap: Clever Comes Up Short

Clever was the 3-0 winner over Hollister when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Blue Jays fell 3-1 to the Tigers on Thursday. The Blue Jays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, 21-25, 25-17.

Clever's loss dropped their record down to 14-12-3. As for Hollister, they pushed their record up to 25-4-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Clever will square off against Mountain Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hollister, they will take on Aurora at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
