Football Recap: Park Hill Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

Park Hill won the last time they faced Central and things went their way on Friday too. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 42-20 margin over the Indians. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-0.

Despite the loss, Central still got an impressive performance from Kayden Fenwick, who picked up 106 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The Indians also got help from Drake Gilkison, who showed off his sure hands for 80 receiving yards.

Park Hill's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.7 points on average over those games. As for Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Park Hill will host Raymore-Peculiar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central, they will head out to face off against Excelsior Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
