The Hamden Green Dragons will head out on the road to square off against the Law Lawmen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Hamden's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 32-0 victory over East Haven. The high-scoring effort was just what the Green Dragons needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Hamden got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Josh Johnson out in front who rushed for 76 yards and a pair of TDs. Antonius Newman Jr got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Law had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Gaels by a score of 24-14.

Hamden better focus on containing Matthew Witteman and Dylan Gaillard as the pair were huge in Law's win. Witteman rushed for 51 yards and one touchdown, while Gaillard gained 90 total yards.

Law didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Seamus Fedigan and Marcus Townes.

Law's record is now 6-1. As for Hamden, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5.

Hamden beat Law 21-14 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Lawmen's Connor Malin, who rushed for 104 yards and one score, and also picked up 39 receiving yards.
