Soccer Recap: Murray Extends Winning Streak to Four

Murray had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Hillcrest Huskies by a score of 4-2. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Murray's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while Hillcrest are ranked 54th).

Michael Martinez and Carlos Nieto-Rosales scored all four of Murray's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

Murray pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Hillcrest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.
