Volleyball Recap: Parkland Takes a Loss

Parkland lost against Ysleta back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Matadors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17.

Parkland's loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Ysleta, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Parkland will square off against Mountain View at 6:35 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ysleta, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Bel Air on the 15th.
