Boaz entered their tilt with Douglas on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. The Pirates not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25th (when they won 3-0).

Boaz's victory bumped their record up to 27-14. As for Douglas, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Boaz and Douglas will both be playing Fort Payne the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Pirates will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
