Bethlehem Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Even though LeRoy-Ostrander scored an imposing 55 points on Tuesday, Bethlehem Academy still came out on top. Bethlehem Academy took their game against LeRoy-Ostrander 67-55. Bethlehem Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Even though Waterville-Elysian-Morristown has not done well against Waseca recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Waterville-Elysian-Morristown walked away with a 53-43 win over Waseca. The win was some much needed relief for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Bethlehem Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. Waterville-Elysian-Morristown's record now sits at 3-4.
Bethlehem Academy came up short against Waterville-Elysian-Morristown in their previous meeting back in February, falling 57-48. Can Bethlehem Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
