Volleyball Recap: Bentley Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bentley can now relate to. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Albany Cougars on Tuesday.

While Bentley ultimately came up short, they really made Albany work, particularly in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 21-25, 27-25.

Bentley now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Albany, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-14 record this season.

Bentley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Albany, they will face off against Sonoma Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Dragons will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
