Brick Memorial got themselves on the board against Barnegat on Tuesday, but Barnegat never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Bengals. The Mustangs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 6, 2024.

The win got Brick Memorial back to even at 2-2. As for Barnegat, they dropped their record down to 4-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Brick Memorial wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 14-4 victory against Lacey Township on the 9th. As for Barnegat, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-2 win against Manchester Township on the 9th.
