Basketball Game Preview: Rosepine Eagles vs. Anacoco Indians

The Rosepine Eagles will take on the Anacoco Indians in a holiday battle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rosepine has given up an average of 62.4 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Rosepine's tournament run continued when they took on Many on Thursday. The Eagles fell 72-66 to the Tigers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (59), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Anacoco got the win against Oak Hill on Friday by a conclusive 54-28. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 23 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Anacoco and bumps their season record up to 14-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.5 points over those games. As for Rosepine, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.
