Baseball Recap: Lee's Summit North Comes Up Short

Lee's Summit North lost against Staley back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Broncos fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lee's Summit North's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Staley, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Falcons beat Lee's Summit North by a score of 2-1 later that day.
