Mead won the last time they faced Omaha Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Raiders walked away with a 3-1 win over the Guardians.

Mead walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 16-25, 25-14.

Stella Charles paced Mead's offense, picking up nine kills. Charles got some help from Hadley Havelka and her 23 assists. Havelka also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Riley Koranda, each putting up five.

Mead's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Omaha Christian, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-6.

Mead wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Southern Valley on the 27th. As for Omaha Christian, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Elm Creek on the 27th.
