Basketball Game Preview: California Military Institute Rough Riders vs. Temecula Prep Patriots

California Military Institute hasn't had much luck against Temecula Prep recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The California Military Institute Rough Riders will be playing at home against the Temecula Prep Patriots at 6:30 p.m. California Military Institute will be strutting in after a win while Temecula Prep will be coming in after a loss.

Back in December of 2024, California Military Institute was able to grind out a solid victory over Nuview Bridge, taking the game 47-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rough Riders.

Meanwhile, Temecula Prep lost to Elsinore on the road by a 78-60 margin on Friday.

Temecula Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for California Military Institute, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6.

California Military Institute was dealt a bruising 72-35 loss at the hands of Temecula Prep in their previous matchup back in January of 2024.
