Basketball Recap: Burns Flat-Dill City Comes Up Short

Burns Flat-Dill City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by the Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers 57-29. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 350th, while the Tigers are ranked 121st).

Burns Flat-Dill City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Mountain View-Gotebo, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Burns Flat-Dill City wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 70-31 loss against Cordell on the 31st. Mountain View-Gotebo has also already played their next contest, a 41-31 victory against Corn Bible Academy on the 30th.
