Mora barely beat Mesa Vista the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rangers/Rangerettes blew past the Trojans 3-0 on Tuesday. The Rangers/Rangerettes haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Mora never let Mesa Vista on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-15.

Mora picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 8-10. As for Mesa Vista, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mora will take on rival Penasco at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mesa Vista is set to face off against their familiar foe McCurdy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
