Softball Recap: Diagonal Comes Up Short

Diagonal lost to Twin Cedars back in June of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Maroons came up short against the Sabers, falling 9-1.

Diagonal's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Twin Cedars, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Diagonal will look to defend their home field on Monday against Murray at 5:30 p.m. The game will give the Maroons their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Twin Cedars, they will challenge Moravia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
