Soccer Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Lincoln was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They lost 4-0 to the Pinkston Vikings. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Pinkston, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will welcome Wilmer-Hutchins at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pinkston, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Inspired Vision at 8:00 p.m. Pinkston is facing Inspired Vision at the right time seeing as Inspired Vision is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
