Basketball Game Preview: Faith Christian Academy vs. Peachtree Academy Panthers

Faith Christian Academy will square off against the Peachtree Academy Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Faith Christian Academy's offense hasn't had much luck over their past four contests, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Having struggled with nine losses in a row dating back to last season, Faith Christian Academy turned things around against Providence Classical Christian back in December of 2024. They skirted past the Warriors 20-17.

Faith Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Bree Chamberlin, who posted 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for Chamberlin. Another player making a difference was Sara Morgan Sapp, who earned six points.

Meanwhile, Peachtree Academy lost 48-23 to Lanier Christian Academy on Thursday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Lightning recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Faith Christian Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Peachtree Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
