Softball Recap: Potosi Comes Up Short

Potosi lost against Mountain Grove on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 12-4 to the Panthers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Potosi's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Mountain Grove, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Potosi has already played their next game, an 11-10 defeat against Licking on the 26th. As for Mountain Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-8 loss against Ava on the 26th.
