Basketball Recap: Cliffside Park Takes a Loss

Cliffside Park lost against Ridgefield Park back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cliffside Park Raiders took a 45-28 bruising from the Ridgefield Park Scarlets. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 320th, while the Scarlets are ranked 140th).

Cliffside Park has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Ridgefield Park, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Cliffside Park has already played their next game (against Paramus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ridgefield Park will welcome Dumont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
