Basketball Recap: Metropolitan Drops Highest Score of Season Against Bryant

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Metropolitan). They enjoyed a cozy 77-60 victory over the Bryant Owls on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for Metropolitan as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Metropolitan's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-12. As for Bryant, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Metropolitan has already played their next match (against Bronx Studio), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bryant will head out to take on Flushing at 5:00 p.m. on January 24th. Flushing will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Bryant surely won't give up without a fight.
