Volleyball Recap: Roncalli Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brillion, Roncalli was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Goodman-Pembine Falcons.

Roncalli can attribute much of their success to Erin Panosh, who had 12 digs and three aces. Panosh is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Panosh wasn't the only good servers: Roncalli was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. The Jets are 7-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Roncalli's record now sits at 10-13. As for Goodman-Pembine, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-28.

Roncalli didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Brillion on the 11th. As for Goodman-Pembine, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Southern Door on the 11th.
