Volleyball Recap: Sumter County Comes Up Short

Sumter County lost against Hardaway back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sumter County's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Hardaway, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Looking ahead, Sumter County will take on Early County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hardaway, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Shaw on the 9th.
