Basketball Recap: Sale Creek Takes a Loss

If Sale Creek was feeling good fresh off their 80-51 takedown of Copper Basin last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sale Creek Panthers lost 69-45 to the South Pittsburg Pirates on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost six in a row.

Sale Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 14-19. As for South Pittsburg, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-6.

As of now, neither Sale Creek nor South Pittsburg have any future games scheduled.
