Softball Recap: Boerne Wins Going Away Against Boerne-Champion

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Smithson Valley, Boerne was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Boerne-Champion Chargers with a sharp 9-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 back in March.

Boerne now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Boerne-Champion, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Boerne will be playing at home against Alamo Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Greyhounds are facing the Mules at the right time seeing as the Mules are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Boerne-Champion, they will face off against Pieper at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
