Volleyball Game Preview: Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons vs. Port Allegany Gators

The Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons are taking a road trip to take on the Port Allegany Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Falcons on Tuesday. Allegheny-Clarion Valley took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Coudersport.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 23-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Port Allegany put another one in the bag two weeks ago to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against Oswayo Valley as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Port Allegany's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Allegheny-Clarion Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.

Allegheny-Clarion Valley came up short against Port Allegany when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
