Basketball Recap: Columbia Adventist Academy Gets the Win + How To Watch

After losing to Ocosta the last time they met, Columbia Adventist Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Kodiaks came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 55-44 on Wednesday.

Despite the loss, Ocosta saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sonny Beard dropped a double-double with 19 points and 13 boards. Luis Solis was another key player, putting up nine points.

The win got Columbia Adventist Academy back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbia Adventist Academy will host Winlock at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ocosta, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Wahkiakum at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
