It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Althoff Catholic had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They took down the Vienna Eagles 69-52. The win was familiar territory for the Crusaders, who have now won three games in a row.

Althoff Catholic had a senior duo take command as Dierre Hill Jr posted 15 points along with eight assists and eight boards and Bryden Gryzmala shot 46% from the field to rack up 21 points. Another player making a difference was Zach Winkeler, who put up nine points.

Althoff Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 28-5. As for Vienna, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 23-12 record.

Althoff Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-44 win against Breese Central on the 7th. Vienna does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
