Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask University Lab). They never let Madison Prep Academy get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Cubs, who have now won nine contests in a row.

Luke Ewing was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
