Sioux Valley has gone a perfect 3-0 against Deuel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cossacks will welcome the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m.

Sioux Valley is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 54 points on September 5th, they were much more limited against Clark/Willow Lake two weeks ago. They received a blow as they fell 26-8 to the Cyclones.

Meanwhile, Deuel put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Groton a 20-0 shutout.

Sioux Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Deuel, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Everything went Sioux Valley's way against Deuel in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Sioux Valley made off with a 47-26 win. Will the Cossacks repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
