Softball Preview: Warrior Run Defenders vs. Muncy Indians
The Warrior Run Defenders will take on the Muncy Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Muncy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Warrior Run, who comes in off a win.
Muncy will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Warrior Run extended their winning streak to three last Friday. The Defenders came out on top against Montgomery by a score of 6-2.

MacKenzie Heyler spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on five hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Lakesha Hauck was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Mckenna Forman was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one run.

Muncy now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Warrior Run, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.
