Softball Recap: Rock Falls Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Rock Falls's offense. They came up short against the Sycamore Spartans on Saturday, falling 16-0. The Rockets' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Rock Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Sycamore, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-2-1.

Looking ahead, Rock Falls will face off against Oregon at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Sycamore, they will venture away from home to square off against LaSalle-Peru at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cavaliers will roll in looking for their 19th straight win, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
