Basketball Recap: Logan Hasan's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Roger Bacon over Wyoming

Roger Bacon lost against Wyoming back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Roger Bacon Spartans took a hard 50-35 fall against the Wyoming Cowboys. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roger Bacon lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Logan Hasan, who posted eight points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gussie Hoffman, who earned nine points.

Roger Bacon now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Wyoming, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roger Bacon will welcome Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Roger Bacon surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wyoming, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bethel-Tate at 1:30 p.m. on January 11, 2025.
