Honeoye Falls-Lima not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since December 27, 2024 (when they won 67-35). They claimed a resounding 64-37 win over the Greece Olympia Spartans. The Cougars pushed the score to 43-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Spartans had little chance of recovering from.

Jacob Weber continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 24 points. Another player making a difference was Brian Finn, who posted eight points.

Honeoye Falls-Lima's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-2. As for Greece Olympia, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Honeoye Falls-Lima will take on Greece Odyssey in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Greece Olympia, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Early College at 5:30 p.m. on January 9, 2026.
