Baseball Recap: Mt. Rainier's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Mt. Rainier lost against Tahoma back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears.

Johnny Hall was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Nolan Enghusen also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Mt. Rainier's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-3. As for Tahoma, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3-1.

While Mt. Rainier had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
