Basketball Recap: Block Snags Tenth Victory in Last 11 Games

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Block walked away with it. They snuck past the Pickering Red Devils with a 62-57 victory on Friday.

Block has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.1 points over those games. Pickering has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-19-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Block nor Pickering have any future games scheduled.
