Softball Recap: Slippery Rock Takes a Loss

Slippery Rock fell victim to Union City and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 16-0 to the Bears. The defeat leaves the Rockets still looking for their first win of the season.

Slippery Rock's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Union City, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Slippery Rock will face off against Jamestown at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Union City, they will challenge Cambridge Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
