Munday extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Jariyis Williams. The Munday Moguls blew past the Knox City Greyhounds 67-44 on Tuesday thanks in part to Williams, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. That's the most points he has posted since back in February of 2024.
The team also got some help courtesy of Haiden Bowman, who posted four points and ten rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.
Munday has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points per game. As for Knox City, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-11.
Munday will square off against Chillicothe at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Knox City, they will take on Harrold at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
