Basketball Recap: Holland Takes a Loss

Holland lost against Hamilton back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Holland Dutch fell 48-37 to the Hamilton Hawkeyes. The Dutch's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

Holland's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Hamilton, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holland will head out to challenge Zeeland West at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Holland is facing Zeeland West at the right time seeing as Zeeland West is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Hamilton, they will venture away from home to take on Unity Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Unity Christian will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Hamilton surely won't give up without a fight.
