Volleyball Recap: Farmington Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Farmington entered their tilt with Woodstock Academy on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Centaurs. The River Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Centaurs, too.

Farmington was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 27-25, 25-22.

Farmington's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Woodstock Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Farmington will challenge Southington at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodstock Academy, they will be playing at home against South Windsor at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
