Volleyball Recap: Farmington Comes Up Short

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Farmington and Fremont, and Fremont kept the tradition alive. The Phoenix fell 3-1 to the Silverwolves on Thursday. The Phoenix were not able to make up for their defeat to the Silverwolves from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Farmington started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-21.

Farmington's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Farmington will host Mountain Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fremont, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Weber at 6:30 p.m. on the 19th.
