Basketball Recap: Moorcroft Comes Up Short

Moorcroft was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Tongue River Eagles 69-24. The Wolves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-16.

Lani Gill was Moorcroft's leading scorer, having posted ten points. London McCrea held things down on the boards with four rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with four assists.

Moorcroft's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Tongue River, the win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.
