Westfield extended their winning streak to 13 games thanks to a huge performance from Carson Swanson. The Westfield Wolverines walked away with a 50-42 victory over the Allegany-Limestone Gators on Sunday thanks in part to Swanson, who almost dropped a double-double on 30 points and nine steals. His evening made it 36 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Zach Maguire, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards. He has been hot for a while, having posted nine or more rebounds the last 12 times he's played.

Westfield's win bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Allegany-Limestone, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-3.

Westfield will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Panama at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th. Allegany-Limestone has already played their next matchup (against Southwestern), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
