Soccer Recap: Hurricane Starts off Right with Win over Hillcrest

Hurricane took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Hillcrest Huskies with a sharp 5-1 victory. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

Hurricane hit Hillcrest with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sienna Goulding (2), Elle Jenson, Addison Bringhurst, and Camila Quintero.

This is the second loss in a row for Hillcrest and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Hurricane has already played their next game, a 5-3 win against Tooele on the 7th. As for Hillcrest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Pine View on the 7th.
