Basketball Recap: Goldwater Takes a Loss

Goldwater lost against Thunderbird back in December of 2014 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Goldwater Bulldogs were outmatched by the Thunderbird Titans and fell 57-29. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Goldwater is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10. As for Thunderbird, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 4-9 record this season.

Goldwater will welcome Shadow Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Goldwater is facing Shadow Mountain at the right time seeing as Shadow Mountain is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Thunderbird, they will head out to face off against Youngker at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Thunderbird will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Youngker will have lost five straight heading into Monday's game.
