Basketball Game Preview: Prairie View Thunderhawks vs. Boulder Panthers + How To Watch

The Prairie View Thunderhawks are taking a road trip to face off against the Boulder Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Prairie View has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Prairie View beat Northglenn 64-60. The win continues a trend for the Thunderhawks in their matchups with the Norsemen: they've now won four in a row.

Prairie View can attribute much of their success to Daniel Dunn, who shot 50% from the field en route to 17 points and three steals, and Kehinde Ojowa, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. The Thunderhawks are 7-1 when Ojowa posts ten or more boards, but 6-8 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Ondray Reed, who posted 11 points.

Meanwhile, Boulder got the win against Westminster on Tuesday by a conclusive 76-53.

Prairie View's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Boulder, their win bumped their record up to 6-15.

Prairie View came up short against Boulder in their previous meeting back in January, falling 54-44. Can the Thunderhawks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
